Fire roasted fruit with caramelized creamed honey
Any easy treat you can make with or without open flame, tuck this away for summer camping on the lake!
Split a banana vertically down the center, leaving the peel on. Apply a generous smear of our creamed honey on the exposed face of the fruit then dust with a crumble of simple brown sugar. Place the peel side of each half on the grill, flames or traditional cooking surface until the peel begins to separate from the fruit. The honey will caramelize down the sides and the brown sugar will liquify into the surface, giving these bananas an incredible twist.
Do the same thing with pineapple chunks cut from a whole fruit (pictured)
